Be seated in a stable, comfortable, position with your spine straight and elongated, shoulders soft and relaxed!
This is YOUR TIME, time to care for yourself, to nourish both body and mind!
In this space, there is No fear, No danger, No crisis to attend to, No worries from the past, and No anxiety about the future - unless you choose to give your attention and energy to such thoughts!
Here, there is No judgment, neither external nor internal, No seeking, and No expectations!
What remains is BREATH, flowing freely and effortlessly, and OBSERVATION, effortless, non-judging awareness guided by the senses!
The body and mind then surrender into rest, naturally, while the PRESENT MOMENT shines: alive, still, and spacious!
