A UNIQUE PROGRAM
Being Yoga is a journey within, allowing us to touch the Peace and Happiness present in each being.
Meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Asanas are practiced in a totally relaxed state. My mission is to provide a safe space and share guidance to remain naturally relaxed.
Asanas performed in a relaxed state will naturally lead to most HEALING.
Each asana will be explained in detail, academic style, such that the participants will learn in depth and be able to self-practice outside the class.
