A Unique Program: Being Yoga is a one-year transformative journey designed to cultivate mindfulness, balance, and inner harmony, and deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.
It is a unique program that goes to the very root of Yoga. Yoga in its purest form is Observation of Self in Silence. In this choiceless observation, one finds unchanging and boundless Peace and Happiness (Stillness) in which, and out of which, movements of the mind (thoughts, sensations, feelings, emotions and so on) appear and disappear.
In our daily lives, unfortunately, all we observe, and attach with, are these fluctuations which keep us in a state of stress. Rarely do we observe the infinite Peace and Happiness that is the foundation of each of us, our Natural state.
Being Yoga is a journey within, to allow ourselves to touch Peace and Happiness, in silence (meditation) and in movement (Yogasana), and carry it over into our daily life. IT WILL TRANSFORM YOU!
