Being Yoga is the essence of true Yoga. It is a natural state of awareness, embracing life as it unfolds while resting in peace, compassion, and gratitude.
In its purest form, Yoga means "observation" - in stillness or in movement, on the mat or off the mat, free from attachments and judgements.
Each Being Yoga class integrates Meditation, Pranayama, and Hatha Yoga Asanas in a deeply relaxed state.

Being Yoga is a one-year transformative journey designed to cultivate mindfulness, balance, and inner harmony, and deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.
It is a unique program that goes to the very root of Yoga. Yoga in its purest form is Observation of Self in Silence. In this choiceless observation, one is aware of unchanging and boundless Peace and Happiness within (Stillness) out of which, movements of the mind (thoughts, sensations, feelings, emotions) appear and disappear.
Connecting to Peace and Happiness
In our daily lives, all we observe, and attach with, are these fluctuations keeping us in a state of stress. Rarely do we observe the infinite Peace and Happiness that is the foundation of each of us, our Natural state.
Being Yoga is a journey within, to allow ourselves to touch Peace and Happiness, in silence (Meditation) and in movement (Asana), and carry it over into our daily life.
