The Being Yoga class integrates Meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Asana in a DEEPLY RELAXED STATE.

Being Yoga is a one-year transformative journey designed to cultivate inner harmony and outer balance, and to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.
Being Yoga is a unique program that goes to the very root of Yoga. Yoga in its purest form is Observation of Self in Silence. In this choiceless observation, one is aware of unchanging and BOUNDLESS PEACE AND HAPPINESS WITHIN (Stillness) out of which, movements of the mind (thoughts, sensations, feelings, emotions) appear and disappear.
In Being Yoga, one remains PEACEFUL regardless of the external circumstance!
CONNECTING TO PEACE AND HAPPINESS
In our daily lives, all we observe, and attach with, are the mental fluctuations that keep us in a state of stress. Rarely do we observe the infinite Peace and Happiness that embodies each of us, our Natural state.
Being Yoga is a journey within, allowing us to touch that Peace and Happiness, in silence (Meditation) and in movement (Yoga Asana), and carry it into our daily lives.
